1. How long are shipping times?

• Tabletop Games: Your copy of tabletop games will ship between 3-5 days of your order, and then take up to 7-10 days to arrive. In the event of delays, you will receive an update regarding the new estimated delivery date.

• Pre-Orders:  Pre-order shipping times are listed on the items product page and are subject to change depending on manufacturing schedules.  You will be notified via email if such changes occur.

• ALL OTHER ITEMS:  Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. In the event of delays, you will receive an update regarding the new estimated delivery date. 

2. What's your return policy?

For tabletop games, we offer returns within 14 days of your order's delivery for a full refund.  Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

3. Can I cancel my order?

**Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

**If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

**We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

6.  Why is the return policy different for tabletop games than your other products?

Our other items come from one distributor whereas the components for our tabletop games come from several, separate manufacturers all with their response to production after the pandemic. The wait may be quite long (for now) as a result of this, however, we believe strongly in the positive potential of this product and want everyone to receive the awesomely fun games they paid for.  We are a small growing company working to provide much faster shipping and more exciting products. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.
